Service & Civic-Engagement Programs
In addition to promoting academic achievement, Phi Theta Kappa encourages its chapters to participate in projects and activities that will have a positive impact on the college campus and in the community.
The 2006-09 International Service Program is Operation Green: Improving our Communities, a partnership with Keep America Beautiful, Inc. The core focus areas of the program include:
- Education/Awareness
- Recycling
- Beautification
- Clean Communities
Alpha Epsilon Omega will participate in the following programs:
- 4th Annual Earth Week
- Relay for Life
- Food Bank/ Drive
- Global Impact
